Job Descriptions Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit:
• Be responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including to develop and implement recruitment & selection process, to organise recruitment/career fairs, pre-employment screening, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations;
• Hold career fair for talent acquisition;
• Develop and review Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies;
• Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program;
• Compile management reports and statistical analysis;
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required.
• Employee benefits enrolment/disenrollment and associated administration
• Review and prepare annual group benefit renewals including: medical, dental, life and travel insurance

Payroll Administration:
• Monthly payroll processing
• Year-end Tax filing
• MPF pension administration
• Manage time reporting / leave record administration and maintenance
• Collect and maintain employee forms/documents, personnel records, training records and personnel files
Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment /talent acquisition (in particular organising recruitment/career fairs) experience in Human Resources role in banking & finance industry;
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong;
• Detail-oriented, good in numbers and analytical skills;
• Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive;
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Good command of English and Chinese.
