Job Descriptions Responsibilities:
 Handle clients or business partners’ enquiries
 Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
 Assist both admin & sales team including the Business Development Manager
 Translating documents from Japanese to Chinese / English
 Prepare seminar for Business Development Manager
 Assist on ad hoc jobs if necessary
Job Requirements Requirements:
 Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese;
 Willing to learn and hard working;
 Good servicing manner
 Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
 1 to 2 years of Customer service / Hospitality / Finance / Insurance experience
 Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage
